Wisconsin Supreme Court

United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas
Judge James Gilstrap, whose chambers are located in Marshall, Texas, is looking to hire two clerks to begin in September 2012. Judge Gilstrap has a large IP caseload. Interested applicants should apply via OSCAR.

United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts
U.S. Magistrate Judge Kenneth Nieman is currently accepting applications for Term Law Clerk for approximately 12-month position starting August 20, 2012. His chambers are located in Springfield, MA. Duties would include legal analysis, case management, drafting memoranda, orders, and opinions, and other duties as assigned, including clerical tasks. Interested applicants should apply via OSCAR.
