Biography

Rob Masri '96 joined the Law School Foundation in 2004 and serves as Chief Development Officer. Prior to joining the Foundation, Rob was executive vice president of corporate development and general counsel of Multicity, Inc., a global provider of online communication solutions in up to 17 different languages.

Before joining Multicity, Rob was an associate in the business department of Cooley Godward LLP and the corporate and securities department of Hunton & Williams LLP. His practice at Cooley and Hunton focused on venture capital, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and the representation of technology and emerging growth companies.

Rob received a J.D. from the Law School in 1996 and served as an adjunct professor in 1999 and 2000 for a course on emerging growth companies and venture capital.
